From September 21 to 23, SolX Technologies brought together employees from across the Philippines, including teams from Iloilo and Bicol, for its much-awaited company-wide team building in Batangas.
Far more than a weekend getaway, the event became a space for meaningful conversations, collaboration, and shared purpose. The gathering united members from different departments such as Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing, highlighting the importance of teamwork and alignment in driving SolX's mission forward.
Each of the five groups faced an exciting challenge: to pitch a new tech program that could become SolX's next breakthrough solution to empower its clients. The teams went beyond brainstorming as they conceptualized real solutions, developed mockups, and mapped out how these platforms could be operationalized and introduced to the market.
Weeks of preparation, collaboration, and late-night discussions culminated in powerful presentations that showcased not only creativity but also the depth of SolX’s talent. Along the way, employees learned from one another’s expertise, discovering how their collective strengths can bring bold ideas to life.
The final pitches were evaluated by key personalities from SolX’s investors, including the Foxmont Group, Paula Valencia, and Dr. Lorenz Payonga, resident Energy Professor at SolX’s Wednesday Learning Sessions.
