SolX Technologies Welcomes Dr. John Noel Victorino as Chief Information Technology Officer

SolX Technologies proudly announces the appointment of Dr. John Noel Victorino as its new Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). This strategic move highlights SolX's ongoing commitment to innovation and technology-driven solutions. This key addition strengthens our efforts to build scalable platforms that optimize energy use and help Philippine businesses, retail electricity suppliers (RES), and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners secure more projects through our extensive client network.

Dr. Victorino brings a powerful combination of academic excellence and practical expertise to SolX. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University, where he also served as a lecturer. He went on to earn a PhD in Information Engineering from the Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan, specializing in artificial intelligence and ICT in healthcare. Most recently, he completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the same university, implementing his research in nursing facilities in Fukuoka. His work was recognized with first prize at the Garmin Health Awards 2022.

Now leading SolX's Technology and Tech Development teams, Dr. Victorino oversees a dynamic group of AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, UI/UX professionals, IT specialists, and more. His international experience and deep focus on AI and system innovation are vital as SolX continues to expand and enhance its digital platforms—setting the stage for broader industry transformation.
