Polaris Mold Fabrication Corporation, a leading innovator in mold fabrication for the injection molding industry, has partnered with SolX Technologies to strengthen its energy strategy through SolX’s Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) services. The partnership began on April 3, 2025, under a two-year contract with SolX Technologies to support Polaris Mold in procuring a new Retail Electricity Supplier (RES). This collaboration reinforces Polaris Mold’s commitment to delivering high-quality, technology-driven solutions while advancing sustainable operational practices.
The partnership, initiated by Polaris Mold’s Vice President Joy Cheng, marks the company’s strategic move into competitive energy procurement and renewable energy adoption. SolX’s EPM service includes advisory on energy contracting, digital procurement, and switching assistance to a more competitive Retail Electricity Supplier (RES).
Following the procurement phase, Polaris Mold is set to explore on-site solar power through the SolX Renewable Energy Marketing (REM) platform—SolX’s proprietary marketplace that connects businesses with top-tier renewable energy providers. Under REM, Polaris Mold’s Batangas facility is undergoing technical assessments, including site inspection and ocular assessment, front-end engineering design and consultancy, and right-sizing analysis for a solar PV system. Once completed, the project will enter a competitive bidding process through SolX’s nationwide network of trusted EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partners.
This initiative reflects Polaris Mold’s ongoing commitment to industry leadership through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Since its founding in 2008, the company has been known for its quality-driven, technologically advanced mold fabrication solutions.
“We’re excited to support Polaris Mold in its journey toward energy transformation,” said Robi Andres, Solutions Application Engineer Lead at SolX Technologies. Through our EPM services and REM platform, they’ll benefit from smarter procurement, greater transparency, and access to high-quality renewable energy solutions. Our expert engineers and streamlined platform are built to make the transition seamless and impactful.”
With this partnership, Polaris Mold is taking a significant step toward embedding sustainable energy solutions into its core operations—paving the way for responsible innovation and long-term resilience in a competitive manufacturing landscape.
