Many businesses want to go green—but often don’t know where to begin. They struggle to understand their energy consumption, assess the benefits of solar PV systems, and find credible EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partners to guide them through the process.
At the same time, EPC companies know how to design and build solar PV systems but face their own challenges. Reaching the right clients, building a strong reputation, and securing projects can be difficult and costly. Whether investing in expensive sales AI tools or attending industry events like Solar & Storage 2025 or PhilEnergy, generating high-quality leads remains a major hurdle.
This gap inspired the creation of the SolX Renewable Energy Marketplace (REM). Combining our technology expertise and energy management experience with a broad client base, we offer businesses clear green energy options through our Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) services. When clients are ready to explore rooftop or ground-mounted solar PV systems, we connect them to REM.
REM offers a clear, data-backed way for clients to assess their energy needs and explore suitable solutions—while creating verified project opportunities for EPC partners. By bridging the gap between energy demand and solar system builders, REM simplifies the renewable energy transition, making it more accessible and trustworthy for all stakeholders.
Trusted by Industry Leaders
Today, we're proud to partner with some of the most reputable EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies in the country—industry leaders shaping the future of clean energy one solar panel at a time. Our trusted partners include:
Through REM, these EPCs gain access to implementation-ready, data-verified projects sourced directly from SolX's Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) clients. This creates a connected ecosystem where businesses drive demand, and EPCs focus on delivering quality solar installations.
Our Process: Bridging Data, Financing, and Execution
We begin with a detailed site assessment and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED). This involves gathering on-site data, analyzing load profiles, assessing shading and operating hours, and identifying the best system layout—whether rooftop or ground-mounted. We also integrate a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and simulate the system's annual output and potential savings when applicable. With these insights, EPCs receive precise, implementation-ready designs backed by real client data.
Once the technical assessment is complete, we present the feasibility findings to our clients and align them with the most suitable EPC partners within REM. Together, we finalize the technical scope, preferred system components, and operations and maintenance (O&M) options.
Solving the Financing Challenge
Financing is one of the most common roadblocks to going solar, but SolX simplifies it through flexible options.
For businesses, we offer both outright purchase and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) models. A PPA allows clients to install solar with zero upfront investment, paying only for the energy they consume, making solar adoption more cost-effective and less risky.
We also support EPCs through PPA financing. If an EPC identifies a promising client who cannot fund the installation—and the EPC cannot carry the cost—SolX can step in to finance the project under a PPA model. This enables EPCs to close more deals and stay focused on delivering high-quality systems.
Transparent Bidding and Seamless Execution
Once the project scope and financing are finalized, we upload the approved opportunity to REM. Subscribed EPC and O&M providers are notified and invited to submit proposals. This ensures an open, apples-to-apples comparison of technical and commercial terms, helping clients select the most qualified and competitive partner.
After a partner is selected, SolX coordinates procurement and execution. We remain actively involved—monitoring milestones, supervising installation and grid integration, and ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The final step includes commissioning and handover. We verify system performance, conduct client briefings, activate monitoring tools, and complete all documentation to ensure a smooth transition into operation.
Let's Build the Future of Energy Together
With our structured process, flexible financing, and trusted EPC network, the SolX Renewable Energy Marketplace bridges the gap between renewable energy demand and delivery, helping more businesses confidently transition to clean energy.
